Ironbank is the first building in New Zealand to have achieved a 5 Green Star - Office Built (v1) rating. This is your chance to get a look inside this award-winning new building at some of the green features that helped it achieve a 5 Green Star - Office Built (v1) certified rating.
Plus, you will get hear from the project team who worked on the building:
Ben Hayes
from RTA Studio will present the design solutions for Ironbank,
And
Dave Warren
from Macrennie Commercial Construction Limited will discuss about how they delivered the plans laid out in design promise to achieve a Green Star - Office Built rating.
Ironbank features you will see and hear about include:
100% outdoor air ensured via an effective, flexible natural ventilation strategy,
94.5% of construction waste recycled
A innovative car stacking system that significant reduces predicted lighting and ventilation energy use typically associated with car parking,
Solar hot water systems,
