At Harrington Hybrid Homes, we build architectually designed conventional style houses that offer energy efficiency, eco and sustainable solutions that reduce your carbon foot print and are overall a lot more comfortable to live in.

This intelligent concept of hybrid technology was specifically designed by us to draw on Nelson’s natural resources. Afterall, Nelson is the sunshine capital of New Zealand! Homes are built using sustainable materials and feature energy efficient lighting, low-e argon gas double-glazing, solar hot water and power, inter-room heat and sound insulation, rain saver systems and gray water devices.

Equal importance is placed on the aesthetics of Harrington Hybrid Homes. Situated on prime sites to provide spectacular views of Nelson’s breath-taking scenery.
