Eco What ?
Posted 8 Jul 09 11:13 AM
Eco-friendly neighbourhood, new luxury environmentally sustainable 12 section...

Whats Eco about it except looks like a paddock.
Im sure the close neighbours would object if a small Eco wind turbine was installed by a prospective purchaser.

Talk about jumping on an Eco band wagon to drum up sales.

I don't think you have looked properly into this before putting in your 2 cents worth. Have a read about what they are trying to do at this eco sub division before commenting - they have a covenant which means prospective purchases must meet certain conditions before building...

It is much better than a conventional sub division which allows people to build houses with no environmental consideration at all.

It annoys me that people like you can be so negative about things like this when it is a step in the right direction. Would you prefer it if they didn't have aim towards a more sustainable development methodology?
