like minded sustainable persons

Takaka, Golden Bay...myself and my partner's financial resources cannot afford the 15 hect of fertile, full sun, block we are looking at in Golden Bay. Our wish is for a self sufficiency (to a degree) on eco type principles.
Is there any like minded couples/families etc that would wish to go halves with the idea of subdividing 2 equal freehold blocks.
